3. Support Services

• General Support: We provide support via email. Response times may vary, and we do not offer emergency or phone support.
• Custom Requests: Custom PHP/MySQL configurations are available for fully managed dedicated servers. Other requests will be evaluated based on their impact on security and server performance.
• No Webmaster Support: We do not assist with webmaster-related issues, coding, or error resolution unless it directly pertains to our server configurations.

4. Data Management

• Backups: While we maintain backups, you are solely responsible for your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
• Prohibited Content: The following content is strictly prohibited:
  • Child pornography or related material
  • Spam, phishing, or malicious scripts
  • Harassing content or any form of exploitation
  • Malware, viruses, or harmful bots
  • Resource abuse or unauthorized use of CGI/IRC

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for all content posted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts exhibiting prohibited behavior. Protect your account credentials and report any unauthorized access immediately.

• Promotion of violence, hate speech, or illegal substances

Impersonation or exploitation of our platform for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed. You agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks. Any fraudulent activities will result in account termination without exception.
