Waveapps

1 month agoWave Apps has some solid features for managing my finances, but it's not without its quirks. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which I appreciate, but I’ve run into a few glitches that can be frustrating. Sometimes, it feels like the app could use a little more polish—like when I tried to generate reports and they didn’t come out as expected. The invoicing tool is decent, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is hit or miss; I've had helpful reps, but other times, it feels like I'm talking to a bot. Overall, it's a good tool if you don’t need anything too fancy, but I think there’s room for improvement. I keep using it mainly because it’s free, but I wouldn’t mind paying for a more reliable experience. It does the job, but I hope they iron out the kinks soon.

1 month agoWave Apps has some solid features that make managing finances easier, but I feel like there are a few quirks that hold it back. On the plus side, the invoicing is pretty straightforward, and I love that it's free for basic use. However, I've run into some glitches that can be frustrating, especially when I'm trying to get things done quickly. The customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they're super helpful, but other times it takes ages to get a response. Overall, it's a decent tool, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. If they could smooth out the bugs, it would be a game changer! For now, I’m sitting at three stars—good, but not great.

1 month agoI really wanted to like Wave, but it's been a frustrating experience. The interface feels clunky, and I often find myself lost in the menus. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—responses take ages, and when they finally come, they don’t help much. I've had multiple bugs that just ruin my workflow. It crashes at the worst times, and I can’t trust it with my finances anymore. The mobile app is a mess too; it’s basically useless. I was hoping for something user-friendly, but this is just disappointing. Time to look for a better alternative!

1 month agoWave Apps has been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, it's super user-friendly, which is great for someone like me who's not a numbers whiz. The invoicing feature is pretty handy, and I appreciate the ability to track expenses easily. However, I’ve run into some glitches that have been frustrating, especially when trying to sync my bank account. Customer support can be hit or miss; sometimes they’re quick to respond, other times it feels like I’m waiting forever. I love that it’s free, but there are limitations that make me wonder if I should consider other options in the future. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m hopeful that future updates will smooth out some of the rough edges.
