1 month agoI've been using AccountEdge for a while now, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The interface feels pretty outdated, which makes navigation a bit of a pain. I appreciate the features, but they can be overly complicated, and the learning curve is steeper than I expected. Customer support is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for answers. It gets the job done, but I often find myself frustrated. Overall, it’s just okay—not great, but not terrible either. I really hope they update it soon!

1 month agoI've been using AccountEdge for a while now, and it's been a solid experience overall. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes navigating through my financials a breeze. I love the robust features for invoicing and payroll – they save me a ton of time! However, I did run into a few glitches here and there that could use some polishing. Customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response than I'd like. Still, it’s a great tool for small businesses. Definitely worth checking out!

1 month agoAccountEdge has been a bit of a letdown for me. The interface feels outdated, and it can be frustrating to navigate. I often find myself stuck trying to figure things out. Customer support is okay, but not as responsive as I’d hoped. Some features work well, but others seem clunky and unreliable. It’s not the worst software out there, but it definitely needs improvement. I expected more for the price. Overall, it’s just average and doesn't quite meet my expectations. I might consider looking for alternatives.

1 month agoAccountEdge has its ups and downs, but overall, it’s just okay. The interface is pretty straightforward, which is great for someone like me who isn't a tech whiz. However, I found some features a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as I hoped. Customer support has been decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for answers. The invoicing and expense tracking work well enough, but I think there are better options out there. I appreciate the ability to run reports, but they could be more customizable. It does the job for my small business, but I wouldn’t say it’s a game-changer. In summary, AccountEdge is fine if you need basic accounting tools, but it could definitely use some improvements to really shine.

Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful when issues arise. Frequent glitches and crashes have hindered my productivity. I regret choosing AccountEdge for my business needs.
