1 month agoFreeAgent has its ups and downs. On one hand, the interface is pretty user-friendly and makes tracking expenses easier. However, I’ve run into some glitches that can be quite frustrating at times. The customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. It’s definitely helpful for managing invoices, but I feel it could offer more features for the price. Overall, it's a solid tool, but there's room for improvement!

1 month agoI had high hopes for this service, but it turned out to be a total letdown. The interface is clunky and confusing, making simple tasks a headache. I expected better support too—it's frustrating when you can't get the help you need!

1 month agoI've been using FreeAgent for a while now, and I really love it! The interface is super user-friendly, making bookkeeping a breeze. I appreciate the automated invoicing and expense tracking—it saves me so much time. My only gripe is that some features could use a bit more customization. Overall, it's a solid tool that I highly recommend for freelancers!

However, I occasionally run into glitches that can be a bit frustrating. Some features feel a bit limited compared to other accounting software I've tried. 1 month agoI wanted to love FreeAgent, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. The interface feels a bit clunky and not very intuitive, which makes navigating a hassle. I often find myself searching for features that should be easy to access. The customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but other times it feels like I’m talking to a wall. I’ve also experienced some annoying glitches that interrupted my workflow. The pricing feels a bit steep for what you get, especially compared to other options out there. It has potential, but it really needs some improvements to be user-friendly. I hope they can step up their game because I’d love to see it become better. For now, I’m on the lookout for alternatives.
