1 month agoI've been using MYOB for a while now, and overall, I'm really impressed! The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. I love how it streamlines my invoicing and accounting tasks—definitely saves me time. However, I wish there were a few more customization options for reports. Also, the customer support could be a bit quicker to respond. Still, it's a solid choice for managing finances. Highly recommend it for small business owners! Just a few tweaks away from perfection!

1 month agoI had high hopes for MYOB, but it’s been a total letdown. The interface is clunky and feels outdated, making simple tasks way more complicated than they need to be. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—waiting on hold forever and then getting zero help is so frustrating! I encountered bugs that mess up my reports, and I can't trust the numbers anymore. Plus, the pricing is way too high for the lack of functionality. I expected a lot more for my money. It’s like they don’t care about their users. I’m seriously considering switching to a different platform. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

But I’ve run into some glitches that can be super frustrating, especially when I’m on a tight deadline. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re really helpful, other times, not so much. The features are decent, but I feel like there could be more options for customization. Overall, it's got potential, but it could definitely use some improvements. It’s not bad, but it’s not great either. Just okay, really.
