1 month agoI've been using Sage for a little while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes navigating through features a breeze. However, I’ve run into a few glitches that can be super frustrating. Customer support is okay but not always the quickest to respond. I appreciate the range of tools they offer, but I wish they were a bit more reliable. Overall, it’s decent for what I need, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but not great either!

I appreciate the range of features, but sometimes it feels overwhelming to navigate through them all. The pricing is fair for what you get, but I wish there were more flexible options. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement! I’m still on the fence about recommending it.

1 month agoI’ve had such a frustrating experience with Sage. The software is clunky and often crashes, which has made my accounting tasks a nightmare. Customer support is practically nonexistent; I’ve waited hours for a response to my queries. The interface feels outdated and confusing, making it hard to find what I need. I expected better functionality for the price I paid, but honestly, it doesn’t deliver. Updates seem to create more problems than they solve, and I’m constantly second-guessing my entries. I’ve wasted so much time trying to figure things out. It’s more hassle than it’s worth. I really regret choosing Sage for my business needs. Definitely not impressed!
