1 month agoI recently bought an IFB appliance and, honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The product looked great at first, but it's not performing as expected. The customer service was also a hassle to deal with, which made things worse. I had high hopes, but it feels like I should have done more research. It’s decent, but I expected better quality for the price. Not sure if I'd recommend it to friends.

1 month agoI've been using IFB appliances for a while now, and they're decent but not without flaws. The washing machine does a good job, but it can be a bit noisy at times. Customer service is okay, but I've had to wait longer than expected for a response. The design is sleek and modern, which I love! Overall, they get the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoI was really excited to try out IFB Appliances, but my experience has been a bit of a letdown. The website is easy to navigate, but the delivery was way delayed. I expected better customer service, but I found it lacking and unresponsive. My washing machine has been acting up, and getting help has been a hassle. The product quality is decent, but I just can't shake off the frustration with the support. I wish they would step up their game because I really wanted to love my purchase. I guess I’ll have to think twice before buying from them again. Overall, not the best experience. Just okay, but definitely not great!

1 month agoIFB Appliances has some solid products, but my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. The variety of kitchen appliances is impressive, and I love the sleek designs. However, I faced some issues with customer service when I had a query about my order. Delivery was a bit delayed, which was frustrating. On the bright side, the quality of the appliances is pretty good once you finally get them. Overall, it’s decent, but I think there’s room for improvement in service. I’d recommend it with a bit of caution. Not bad, but not perfect either!

1 month agoI had high hopes when I bought my IFB appliance, but it turned out to be a total disappointment. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful when I called for support. It took forever to get a response, and when I did, they didn’t even solve my problem. The product itself stopped working after just a few months, which is so frustrating! I expected better quality for the price I paid. It feels like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t recommend IFB appliances to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. Lesson learned!

1 month agoI recently bought an IFB appliance, and I have mixed feelings about it. The design is sleek and looks great in my kitchen, but I’ve had a few hiccups with its performance. The features are pretty cool, but they can be a bit tricky to figure out at first. I appreciate the customer service; they were quick to respond when I had questions. However, the delivery took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. It works well most of the time, but I’ve noticed some inconsistencies that are a little concerning. Overall, it’s decent, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’d say it’s an average experience for now. I hope my appliance holds up in the long run!
