1 month agoI really wanted to like ACT, but it just hasn't lived up to my expectations. The interface feels clunky, and I often find it hard to navigate. Customer support takes ages to respond, which is frustrating when you need help fast. Some features are useful, but overall, it feels a bit outdated. Hoping they can improve things soon!

1 month agoI've been using ACT for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it has some great features that help me manage my contacts and tasks. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. However, I’ve run into some glitches that can be frustrating at times. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. The mobile app could definitely use some improvements too; it feels a bit clunky. Overall, it gets the job done, but I think there’s room for improvement. It’s not a bad tool, just not a perfect one either. I’d say it’s worth a try if you need something basic.
