1 month agoI had high hopes for Alarm Grid, but my experience was a total letdown. The customer service was unhelpful and left me feeling frustrated. I struggled to get my system set up, and the instructions were confusing at best. Plus, their pricing doesn’t seem worth it for what you get. I expected more reliability from a security service. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone!

The setup process was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated, but I’ve had a few hiccups with customer service. Sometimes it feels like I’m waiting too long for answers. The equipment works well, but I wish they had more affordable options. Overall, it’s decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for basic security solutions.

When I finally did, the reps seemed clueless about my issues. The setup process was way more complicated than it should have been, and I ended up wasting hours trying to get things to work. The equipment they sent was faulty, and I had to deal with constant glitches. I felt like I was just throwing money down the drain. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. Honestly, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you want a reliable alarm system. Super disappointed!

1 month agoI've been using Alarm Grid for a while now, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. The variety of products they offer is great, and I appreciate the detailed information on each item. However, I’ve found the customer service to be a bit hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, and other times it feels like I’m talking to a wall. The website is user-friendly, but there have been a few glitches that made it frustrating to navigate. Also, shipping times could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s decent, but I think there’s room for improvement in various areas. Just okay for now!
