1 month agoI've had a mixed experience with Vivint. The installation was a bit of a hassle, and customer service could use some serious improvement. I like the tech, but it feels overpriced for what you get. Overall, not what I expected.

1 month agoI've been using Vivint for a while now, and it's been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the security features are pretty solid, and I feel safer at home. The app is user-friendly, which makes monitoring things easy. However, I've had some issues with customer service – it can be hit or miss. Sometimes, I just want a quick answer, but I end up waiting longer than expected. The equipment works well, but I do think it’s a bit pricey for what you get. Installation was smooth, though, and the tech was friendly. Overall, I think it's decent, but there's definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but not amazing either!

1 month agoI've been using Vivint for a while now, and overall, I'm pretty impressed! The installation process was smooth, and the techs were super friendly. The app is user-friendly, making it easy to control everything from my phone. I love the peace of mind I get from the security features. However, I did experience a few minor hiccups with the customer service; sometimes, it takes a bit to get through. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but the quality of the equipment makes it worth it. Overall, I feel safe and secure at home, and that's what really matters! Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for smart home solutions.

Sometimes it feels like they’re a bit overwhelmed, which can be frustrating. Installation was straightforward, but I wished for a bit more guidance. Overall, it does the job, but I expected a bit more for the price. Not bad, but not amazing either!

1 month agoI’ve been using Vivint for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the smart home tech is pretty cool and makes life easier. The security features give me peace of mind, which I really appreciate. However, I’ve had my share of issues with customer service. Sometimes it feels like I'm on hold forever, and the responses can be hit or miss. The installation process was a bit more complicated than I expected, too. The app is decent, but it could use some improvements in navigation. Overall, I like the idea and features, but there’s definitely room for growth. It’s a solid option, just not without its flaws!
