1 month agoI've been using Frontpoint for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the setup was super easy and the customer service is pretty friendly. On the other hand, I've had a couple of glitches with the app that left me a bit frustrated. The equipment seems solid, but I wish the monitoring was a little more reliable. Overall, it’s decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI recently tried out Frontpoint Security, and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. The setup process was more complicated than I expected, with a lot of confusing instructions. I also had some issues with the app; it just doesn’t work as smoothly as I hoped. When I reached out for support, the response time was slower than I’d like. I appreciate the security features, but the overall experience hasn’t been great. I feel like I’m paying for a service that doesn’t really deliver. Hoping they can improve things, but right now, I'm not too impressed.

The equipment felt outdated and glitchy, and I had more false alarms than I can count. Setting everything up was a nightmare, with confusing instructions that made it harder than it should be. I expected better for the price I paid. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable home security. Time to look for better options!
