1 month agoSwann has some decent security products, but I’ve had a mixed experience. The setup was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated, but the app can be a bit glitchy at times. Customer service is hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times not so much. The video quality is good, but I wish the night vision was a bit clearer. Overall, it’s okay for basic security needs, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d recommend checking out other options too!

Setup was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated. However, customer service could be more responsive. I love the features they offer, but I wish they were more reliable. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not mind-blowing either. Just an average experience for me!

1 month agoI was really hoping for a great experience, but Swann let me down big time. The products I ordered took forever to arrive, and when they finally got here, they were damaged. Customer service? Don’t even get me started – they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. The setup was a nightmare, and I still can’t get things to work properly. I expected so much more from a brand like this. Definitely not coming back!

1 month agoI've been using Swann products for a while now, and they're decent but not without flaws. The setup was a bit tricky, and I wish the app was more user-friendly. Overall, it's good for the price, but there's definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoSwann Security is a complete disappointment. The setup process was incredibly confusing and took hours longer than promised. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out for assistance. The quality of the cameras is subpar, with frequent connectivity issues. I regret my purchase and would not recommend their products to anyone.
