1 month agoI've been using ADT for a while now, and honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The installation process felt rushed and the tech didn't seem very knowledgeable. I expected more from a company with their reputation. Sometimes the system glitches, and I have to reset it, which is super frustrating. Customer service can be hit or miss; I've had to wait on hold longer than I'd like. While the security features are decent, I feel like I’m not getting my money’s worth. Overall, it’s just okay, but I expected a lot more.

1 month agoI’ve been using ADT for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The security system works pretty well, and I feel safer at home, which is a big plus. However, I’ve had some issues with customer service being slow to respond. The installation process was a bit tricky, too. Overall, it’s decent but not without its quirks. I guess it’s just okay for now.

1 month agoI've been using ADT for a while now, and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, their security systems give me peace of mind, and I love the 24/7 monitoring. The installation process was pretty smooth too, which is a plus. However, I've had a few issues with customer service that left me feeling a bit frustrated. Sometimes it takes ages to get through to someone, and I wish they were more responsive. The monthly fees can also add up, especially with all the add-ons. Overall, it's decent, but I think they could definitely improve in a few areas. Not a bad choice, but not perfect either. Just okay for now!

1 month agoI had high hopes for ADT, but honestly, it’s been a letdown. The customer service is a nightmare; I’ve been on hold forever just to get basic help. Installation was a mess, and the techs seemed rushed and unprofessional. The system itself is glitchy and often doesn’t work when I need it the most. I expected better security for my home, but this feels more like a headache. I regret signing up! Wish I had gone with a different company.
