नैनीताल सुकुलेंट्स से मेरी उम्मीदें पूरी नहीं हुईं। पौधे तो मिले लेकिन बहुत ही खराब हालत में। ग्राहक सेवा भी बहुत ही लापरवाह थी। कोई मदद नहीं मिली जब मैंने शिकायत की। दाम तो ऊँचे हैं, लेकिन गुणवत्ता बिल्कुल नहीं। जो तस्वीरें दिखाते हैं, वो असल में नहीं मिलती। इस अनुभव ने मुझे बहुत निराश किया। मैं किसी को भी यहाँ से खरीदारी करने की सलाह नहीं दूंगा।
