1 month agoI've had a great time exploring Midland Stone! The selection is impressive and the staff are super helpful. Just a couple of minor hiccups, but overall, definitely a solid 4 stars!

1 month agoI was really hoping for a great experience, but I left feeling pretty underwhelmed. The selection was decent, but customer service was lacking and made things frustrating. I might check back later, but for now, I'm not impressed.

1 month agoI visited Midland Stone and had a decent experience. The selection of stones is impressive, but the customer service could use a bit of improvement. Prices are fair, but I expected a bit more help from the staff. Overall, it's a good place, just not the best.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Midland Stone, but what a letdown! The customer service was practically non-existent – I felt totally ignored. The product I received was not what I expected; it looked great online, but in person, it was a mess. Shipping took forever, and they didn’t even keep me updated. I tried reaching out for help, but no one bothered to respond. Overall, a frustrating experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Definitely won't be coming back!

1 month agoI’ve been using Midland Stone for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The selection of stones is impressive, and the quality is solid, but I’ve had a few hiccups with customer service. Sometimes, it feels like I’m waiting forever for responses. Shipping is decent, but I wish they offered more tracking options. Overall, it’s a decent experience, just needs a bit of polishing. I’ll keep using them, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Midland Stone, but my experience was a total letdown. The customer service was unresponsive and left me feeling ignored. I waited ages for my order, only to receive the wrong items. When I tried to get it sorted, it felt like I was talking to a wall. The quality of the products didn't match the hype either—definitely not worth the price. I was really disappointed overall and won't be coming back. Save your time and money!
