Don’t even get me started—took forever to get a response! I expected more features for the price I paid, but it just didn’t deliver. I found myself frustrated more often than not. Not impressed at all!

I found myself getting frustrated trying to navigate through everything. Customer support was slow to respond, which added to my disappointment. I appreciate the effort, but it lacks some essential features that I expected. Honestly, it just didn’t make my life easier like I hoped it would. I might give it another shot in the future, but for now, I’m left feeling underwhelmed. I think there’s plenty of room for improvement here!

The website is clunky and confusing, making simple tasks a headache. I found the pricing structure to be all over the place, leaving me more frustrated than informed. Definitely not the smooth experience I was looking for. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

Customer support was decent, but I expected a quicker response time. The dashboard is user-friendly, but it could use some more features to really make it stand out. 1 month agoI’ve been using Brookson Online for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes managing my finances a bit easier. However, I’ve encountered some glitches that can be frustrating at times. The support team is helpful, but I wish response times were quicker. I appreciate the resources they offer, but I feel like there’s room for improvement. Overall, it gets the job done, but it could definitely be better. Not bad, but not amazing either!

The website is super user-friendly, making it easy to manage my finances and stay on top of things. The customer support team is always quick to respond, which is a huge plus when I have questions. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think a few more features would make it even better.
