1 month agoI recently checked out DIY.com, and I have mixed feelings about it. The site has a decent variety of products, which is great for home improvement enthusiasts. However, I found the navigation a bit confusing at times, making it hard to find what I needed quickly. Customer service could be more responsive, as I waited a while for help with my order. On the plus side, the delivery was pretty fast, and my items arrived in good condition. Overall, it's not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. I think I’ll keep browsing, but I’m not completely sold yet!

1 month agoI’ve been using this site for a while, and honestly, it’s a bit hit or miss. The product selection is decent, but the search function can be super frustrating. Sometimes, I find what I need, but other times, it feels like a scavenger hunt. The delivery has been slow a couple of times, which is a bummer when you're in a hurry. Customer service? Let’s just say it could use some improvement. I really want to love this place, but it just doesn't quite hit the mark for me. Hoping they step up their game!
