The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but it could definitely use some polishing. Customer support has been helpful, but response times could be quicker. The layout is pretty straightforward, which is nice, but sometimes it can be a little clunky to navigate. I appreciate the options for ticketing, but I wish there were more customization features. Customer support is decent, though I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. If you’re just starting out with events, it might work for you, but seasoned users might find it lacking. I’ll keep using it for now, but I hope to see some updates soon!
