1 month agoGigantic has some cool features but honestly, it’s a bit hit or miss for me. The selection of events is decent, and I appreciate the user-friendly interface. However, I've had a few glitches here and there that made browsing frustrating. The ticket prices are pretty average, nothing too special. Customer service could use a little boost; responses are slower than I’d like. It’s great for finding local gigs, but I wish they’d offer more exclusive deals. Overall, it’s okay but not mind-blowing. I’ll keep using it, but I’m hoping for some improvements!

I’ve found some great deals on events, but not all of them seem to be updated regularly. Customer service is okay; they’re helpful but can take a while to respond. I love the variety of options available, but I wish there were more reviews from other users. Overall, it’s a decent site for finding tickets, just not my absolute favorite. I’ll keep using it, but I hope they make some improvements. It’s worth checking out if you’re looking for specific events!

The layout of the site is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus! Customer service could use a bit of a boost, though; I had a question and didn’t get a quick response. I appreciate their unique offerings, but I wish the quality was a bit more consistent. Overall, it’s a solid place to browse, just don’t go in with super high expectations. I’ll keep checking back, but it’s not my go-to just yet. Definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Gigantic, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The concept is cool, but the execution feels a bit off. Navigation can be a headache, and I found myself getting lost more often than not. Some features seem promising, but they don’t really deliver. Customer support? Let’s just say I was left hanging a few times. The content is good, but it could use more variety. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it definitely needs some work. I’m hoping they can step it up in the future!
