1 month agoSkiddle has some decent events, but the site can be a real hassle to navigate. I've encountered a few glitches that made booking a pain. Customer service could use some serious improvement, too. Overall, it’s not terrible, but definitely not great either.

1 month agoI recently used Skiddle to book tickets for a concert, and overall, it was a pretty solid experience! The website is super easy to navigate, which made finding events a breeze. I loved the variety of shows and festivals they have listed; there’s something for everyone! The ticket purchasing process was smooth, and I received my confirmation email right away. However, I did run into a small hiccup with customer service when I had a question about my order. It took a bit longer to get a response than I expected. Still, I appreciate the range of events and the user-friendly layout. Plus, the app is handy for keeping track of everything! Definitely a good spot for anyone looking to enjoy live music and events. I’d give it a solid 4 stars!

1 month agoSkiddle has some cool events and a decent selection, which is great for discovering new stuff. The website is pretty user-friendly, but I’ve had a few hiccups with the booking process. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, making it hard to find exactly what I want. Customer service could use a little improvement; I waited longer than expected for a response. Overall, it’s a solid site if you’re looking for something fun to do, but it could definitely be better. I’ve had some good experiences, but there’s room for improvement. I’ll keep using it, but I’m hoping for a smoother experience next time!

I also had some issues with booking that left me frustrated. Customer service was a bit slow to respond, which didn’t help. Overall, it’s got potential, but it needs some serious improvements!
