1 month agoChurchTrac has some solid features for managing church activities, but I found the interface a bit clunky at times. It gets the job done, but it could use some improvements in usability and customer support. Overall, it's an okay option if you’re willing to navigate its quirks.

1 month agoChurchTrac has been a frustrating experience for me. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I often find features that don’t work as advertised, which is really disappointing. Customer support is slow to respond and not very helpful. Overall, I expected much better for a service that’s supposed to help churches.

1 month agoI really wanted to like this service, but it’s just been a headache. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making everything take twice as long. I’ve run into so many glitches that it’s hard to keep track of anything. Customer support is slow, and I often feel ignored when I reach out. It’s super frustrating when you just want to manage things smoothly. Honestly, I’m looking for a better option elsewhere.

1 month agoI really wanted to like this platform, but it’s been a total letdown. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it hard to find what I need. I’ve faced constant glitches that ruin my workflow. Customer support? Don't even get me started—they take ages to respond! Features that sounded great in theory just don't work as expected. I expected better for what I paid. Honestly, I’m looking for a better alternative.
