I've been using MediaShout for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the software is pretty user-friendly and has a decent range of features for presentations. I love the templates, which make it easy to create something visually appealing. However, I've run into a few glitches that can be frustrating during services. Sometimes it feels a bit outdated, and I'm hoping for more updates. Customer support is hit or miss, which adds to the stress when issues arise. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement. A solid 3 stars from me!
