The quality of the items didn’t match what I saw in the pictures. The colors were off, and one of the swimsuits had a weird smell that just wouldn’t go away. Customer service was also a letdown; I had questions about my order, and it took ages to get a response. Shipping was slower than I anticipated, which was frustrating. I really wanted to love this place, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. I might give it another try in the future, but for now, I can’t rate it higher than two stars.

I had high hopes for Swim City, but honestly, what a letdown! The website is super hard to navigate, and I found myself lost more than once. Their customer service? Don't even get me started. I waited ages for a response, and when I finally got one, it was unhelpful and rude. The products I ordered took forever to arrive, and when they did, they were nothing like what was advertised. It's like they don't even care about their customers. The quality was poor, and I felt totally ripped off. I expected way more for the price I paid. I won’t be coming back, that’s for sure.
