1 month agoI’ve had it with Sam's Club! Their website is so glitchy, it feels like I’m navigating a maze just to find what I need. The checkout process is a nightmare; it keeps freezing and then my cart disappears. Customer service? Don’t even get me started – they’re more like a ghost than a help. What’s the point of a membership if I can’t even shop smoothly? Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere!

1 month agoI've been shopping at Sam's Club for a while, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, they have some great bulk deals and their prices can be pretty appealing. But sometimes, the website feels a bit clunky and it's not the easiest to navigate. I've also had a few issues with product availability, which can be frustrating when you have your heart set on something. Customer service is hit or miss too; I've had some good experiences, but others left me wanting more. Overall, it's decent but could definitely use some improvements. I’ll keep shopping here, but I hope they step it up!

I've had issues with items being out of stock, and it feels like there's always a long wait at checkout. Customer service could use some improvement too; they seem overwhelmed and not very helpful. I've encountered numerous issues with my online orders, often receiving damaged or incorrect items. The membership fees feel unjustified given the poor quality of products. In-store experiences are chaotic, with crowded aisles and limited stock. Returns are a hassle, and the policies are confusing. I expected much more from a wholesale club. Sadly, I won't be renewing my membership.

I tried to return an item, and it was a total nightmare—no one knew what to do. The website is glitchy, making online orders a hassle. Prices aren't as great as I expected either—I've found better deals elsewhere. Plus, the customer service is lacking; I felt totally ignored. Honestly, I won't be coming back. Save your time and money!

I was excited about a deal, but they were out of stock when I finally got to checkout. Customer service was no help either; I felt like I was talking to a robot. The membership fees just don’t seem worth it anymore. I expected better from a big name like this. Overall, super disappointed—won’t be coming back anytime soon!

When I finally placed my order, it took ages to ship, and the tracking was a joke. Customer service? Don’t even get me started; it felt like I was talking to a robot! I got the wrong item, and returning it was a hassle. Prices are great, but if I can’t get my stuff on time, what’s the point? I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. The membership fee feels a bit steep, but if you shop regularly, it can pay off. Overall, it's a solid place to shop, just with some bumps along the way. I’d recommend it if you’re willing to deal with the quirks!
