1 month agoI had high hopes for James and Sons, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and I felt ignored during my visit. I expected more from a place that claims to specialize in quality, but the selection was underwhelming. To make matters worse, the prices seemed way too high for what I received. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like no one cared. I wanted to love this store, but I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. Just not worth it.

1 month agoI recently shopped at James and Sons and had a decent experience. The selection of products is nice, but I felt some items were a bit overpriced. Customer service was friendly, though I had to wait a little longer than expected. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a solid store, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I might come back, but I’m not rushing to it.

1 month agoI recently shopped at James and Sons, and it was a mixed bag for me. The selection was decent, and I found a few cool items that caught my eye. However, the customer service felt a bit off; I didn’t get the help I was hoping for. The prices were fair, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. The vibe of the store was nice, but it could use a little more organization. Overall, it’s an okay place to check out if you're in the area. I might come back, but I'm not in a rush. Just average, you know?

However, I felt the customer service could use a bit more enthusiasm; it was a bit hit or miss. My order took longer to arrive than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of the items I received was good, but I wish the shopping process had been smoother. Overall, it’s a solid place to find some nice jewelry, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d give it another shot, but I’m not rushing back just yet.
