1 month agoI had high hopes for my experience at Furnitureland South, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed. The selection is impressive, no doubt, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. I felt like I was just another number rather than a valued customer. It took forever to get someone to help me, and when I finally did, they seemed a bit rushed and uninterested. The delivery process was also a headache; it took way longer than they promised. Plus, my furniture arrived with a couple of scratches, which was frustrating. I really wanted to love this place, but the overall experience just didn’t live up to the hype. I might give them another shot in the future, but for now, I’m not thrilled. Just hoping my next shopping trip goes better!
