1 month agoI've had a pretty decent experience shopping here. The selection is alright, and I’ve found some nice pieces that fit well. However, the website can be a bit glitchy sometimes, which is frustrating. Shipping was a little slow, but at least the items arrived in good condition. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, so that's a plus. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d shop here again, but I wouldn’t prioritize it over other sites.

1 month agoI was really excited to shop at Gap, but what a letdown! The website is super confusing and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. My order took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was the wrong size. Customer service was a nightmare—no one seemed to care. I expected better quality for the price, but the clothes felt cheap. Honestly, I won’t be shopping here again.

I found a few items I liked, but they were out of stock in my size. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. The quality of the clothes just didn’t match the prices, which felt really off. Plus, the return policy is confusing and frustrating. I expected more from such a well-known brand. Overall, I left feeling really let down and won’t be shopping here again anytime soon.
