1 month agoI had high hopes for Babyshop, but my experience was a bit disappointing. The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus, but my order took way longer to arrive than I expected. I understand some delays happen, but the lack of communication from customer service was frustrating. When I finally got through to them, the answers felt vague and unhelpful. The product quality was decent, but I’ve seen better elsewhere for the same price. Plus, the sizing was off on a couple of items I ordered, which made returns a hassle. I really wanted to love this store, but it just didn’t meet my expectations. I might give it another shot in the future, but for now, I’m feeling pretty let down. Overall, a mixed bag experience that needs improvement.

1 month agoI had a really disappointing experience with this site. The delivery took forever, and when my order finally arrived, it was missing items! Customer service was unhelpful and just left me hanging. The quality of the products wasn’t great either—definitely not worth the price. Overall, I expected way more from a baby shop. Not coming back anytime soon!

1 month agoI recently shopped at Babyshop and had a mixed experience. The selection of baby products is pretty decent, and I found some cute items for my little one. However, I felt the website was a bit tricky to navigate, which made my shopping a bit frustrating. My order took longer to arrive than expected, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. Customer service was okay, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. Prices are reasonable, but I think they could offer more discounts. Overall, it's not a bad place to shop, but there's definitely room for improvement. I’ll probably give it another shot in the future!

1 month agoJag är verkligen besviken på babyshop.com! Beställde en barnvagn som kom trasig och supporten svarade aldrig. Leveransen tog evigheter och jag fick ingen information. Känns som om de inte bryr sig om sina kunder. Aldrig mer handlar jag här!

1 month agoI recently ordered some baby clothes from Babyshop, and it was a mixed bag for me. The selection is pretty good, and I found some cute outfits that I love. However, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Customer service was okay, but I wish they were more responsive. The quality of the items is decent, but I did notice a couple of minor flaws. Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I might shop here again, but I’ll be more cautious next time. Just hoping they can speed things up a bit!
