1 month agoI really wanted to love Lightspeed, but it just hasn’t lived up to my expectations. The interface feels a bit clunky and not as user-friendly as I hoped. I’ve run into some bugs that have made managing my inventory frustrating. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but other times it feels like I'm talking to a wall. The pricing is on the higher side, especially for small businesses. I expected more features for the cost, honestly. It’s not a total disaster, but I think there are better options out there. I might stick around for a bit longer, but I’m definitely keeping my eyes open for alternatives. Overall, it’s just okay.

Customer support is slow to respond and not very helpful when they do. I’ve faced constant bugs that disrupt my workflow. Overall, it’s just not worth the hassle!
