The customer support is hit or miss, sometimes they’re super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Customer support is decent, but response times could be better. It does help with local listings, which is a plus, but I wish there were more integration options. I love the analytics features that help me track my progress, but I wish there were more customization options. Customer support is responsive, which is a huge plus! 1 month agoI had high hopes for this service, but it just fell flat. The interface is clunky and hard to navigate, making everything a hassle. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—responses are slow and unhelpful. I found more accurate info by just Googling things myself. Honestly, I expected better, but this was a huge letdown. Save your time and money; there are better options out there!
