1 month agoI recently tried Delighted and honestly, it was just okay. The concept is cool, but the execution fell a bit flat for me. I found the survey options to be limited, which made it hard to express my true feelings. The interface was nice, but it felt a bit clunky at times. I expected more flexibility in the feedback process. Customer support was decent, but not super helpful when I had questions. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I think they could really step it up. Hoping for improvements in the future!

1 month agoDelighted makes gathering feedback super easy and straightforward! The interface is user-friendly, and I love how quickly I can see the results. Just wish there were a few more customization options, but overall, it's a solid tool!

However, I’ve found some features lacking or not as intuitive as I hoped. Customer support is decent, but response times could be quicker. The insights are helpful, but I wish they offered more customization options. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It’s not a game-changer, but it does the trick for basic feedback needs. I might stick around to see how they evolve!

1 month agoI wanted to love Delighted, but my experience was kind of a letdown. The interface is nice, but it felt a bit clunky when I was trying to navigate. I had some issues with the response times; it took longer than expected to get feedback. The customization options are decent, but I wish there were more templates to choose from. I also ran into a few glitches that were frustrating. Customer support was okay, but they didn’t fully resolve my concerns. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it definitely needs some improvements to meet expectations. I hope they can step it up!
