1 month agoInsightSoftware has some solid features that help with financial reporting, but it feels a bit clunky at times. The interface could use an update to make navigation smoother. I appreciate the customer support, which has been helpful when I had questions. However, the pricing seems a bit steep for what you get. Overall, it's decent but not quite reaching its full potential.

1 month agoI had high hopes for insightsoftware, but my experience was a total letdown. The interface is clunky and feels outdated, making it hard to navigate. I encountered numerous bugs that wasted my time and patience. Customer support? More like customer frustration—waiting ages for help with no real answers. The features they promised just didn’t deliver, and I felt like I was left in the dark. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that didn't live up to the hype. I won't be coming back anytime soon! Save your time and look elsewhere.
