1 month agoI recently bought a piece from Anna Sheffield, and it was a mixed experience. The jewelry is undeniably beautiful and unique, which is a huge plus. However, I found the customer service a bit lacking when I had questions about my order. It took longer than expected to get a response, which was frustrating. The packaging was lovely, though, and the attention to detail is evident. I appreciate the ethical approach to sourcing materials, but I wish there were more options available. Overall, it's a decent experience, but I expected a bit more for the price. I might consider shopping again, but I’m not entirely sold yet.

1 month agoI’ve ordered from Anna Sheffield a couple of times, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The designs are unique and definitely eye-catching, which I love, but the customer service could use some improvement. Shipping took longer than expected, and I had to follow up a few times. Overall, the pieces are beautiful, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I’d say it’s worth checking out, but just be prepared for some bumps along the way!

1 month agoI was really excited to try Anna Sheffield, but my experience was a letdown. The customer service was pretty unhelpful when I had questions about my order. The jewelry arrived later than expected and didn't look as great in person. I expected so much more for the price! Sadly, I won't be shopping here again.

The pieces looked stunning online, but the quality didn’t match my expectations when they arrived. Customer service was slow to respond, which added to my frustration. I wanted to love it, but it just fell short for me.

1 month agoI've had a mixed experience with Anna Sheffield's website. The jewelry is beautiful and unique, which I really appreciate. However, I found the browsing experience a bit tricky and some pieces weren't as described. Customer service was okay, but I expected a bit more responsiveness. Overall, it's a decent site, but there's room for improvement. I’d give it three stars for the great designs but the execution could be better!
