1 month agoI had high hopes for Diamonds Direct, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The customer service was a letdown; I felt ignored and rushed when asking questions. The selection looked great online, but in person, it was a different story—way less impressive. I also found their prices to be inflated compared to other places. To top it off, the staff seemed more interested in making a sale than helping me find the right piece. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon. Save your time and money!

1 month agoI visited Diamonds Direct hoping for a great experience, but it was a bit underwhelming. The selection of jewelry was decent, but I felt like the prices were a bit high for what you get. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't really seem to know much about the products. I expected more personalized service, especially for such a big purchase. The store itself was nice, but it lacked that warm, inviting vibe I was hoping for. I ended up leaving feeling a bit disappointed. Maybe it was just an off day, but I don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon. Overall, I just expected more from a place that sells high-end jewelry.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Diamonds Direct, but my experience was a bit underwhelming. The selection is decent, but I found some prices to be on the higher side compared to other stores. Customer service was friendly but not as helpful as I expected. I felt a bit rushed during my visit, which made it hard to really appreciate the options. The store itself has a nice vibe, but I didn’t feel the personal touch I was looking for. Overall, it was okay, but I think I’ll shop around a bit more next time. Just didn’t quite meet my expectations. Could be better!

I felt a bit rushed and not really valued as a customer. The prices are okay, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, it was just an average experience that didn’t wow me.

However, I found the staff's knowledge to be a bit hit or miss. Some were super helpful, while others seemed a bit rushed. I also thought the prices were a tad high for certain items. The store itself is nice, but it can get pretty crowded, which made browsing a little chaotic. Overall, I had a decent time, but I think there’s room for improvement. Not bad, but not amazing either!
