Twilio has some cool features, but I've had my share of frustrations. The setup process can be a real headache, and the documentation sometimes feels lacking. Customer support isn’t as responsive as I hoped, which adds to the stress. I also found the pricing to be a bit confusing and more expensive than I expected. I really wanted to love it, but I’m just not that impressed. Hoping they can improve things moving forward!
