1 month agoI was really disappointed with my experience here. The website was confusing and hard to navigate. I didn’t find the information I needed, and customer support was unhelpful. Definitely not worth my time!

1 month agoI've been using Small Business Act for a while now, and it's been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, they offer some decent resources and guidance for small business owners, which I really appreciate. However, I've noticed that some of the information feels a bit outdated or not as comprehensive as I'd hoped. The layout is user-friendly, but it could definitely use some more engaging content to keep me hooked. Customer support is okay, but sometimes I feel like my questions get lost in the shuffle. Overall, it's a solid option if you're looking for basics, but there's definitely room for improvement. I think with a few tweaks, it could be a real game-changer. Just keeping my fingers crossed for some updates!

1 month agoI was really hoping for more from Small Business Act. The layout is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly. I found it hard to navigate and ended up frustrated. The content is decent but lacks depth, which was disappointing. I expected more resources and tools for small business owners. Customer support was also not very helpful when I reached out. It feels like it has potential but just misses the mark. I’ll keep looking for better options. Hopefully, they can improve in the future!

I expected more useful resources, but most of the content seemed generic and not very helpful. The articles are hit or miss—some are great, but others just missed the mark completely. I also found the navigation frustrating, which didn’t help my experience. They have potential, but right now, it feels more like a work in progress. I hope they can improve it soon!
