Trengo is echt een grote teleurstelling. De interface is super onduidelijk en alles voelt verwarrend aan. Klantenservice? Wat een grap! Het duurt eeuwig om antwoord te krijgen, en als je eindelijk een reactie krijgt, is het vaak niet eens nuttig. De functies die ze beloven, werken vaak niet zoals ze zouden moeten. Ik heb meer frustratie dan oplossingen gekregen. Ik kan dit platform echt niet aanraden!

I really wanted to like Trengo, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I keep running into bugs that slow me down, which is super annoying. Customer support takes ages to respond, and when they do, it's not helpful. I expected so much more from a platform like this. Honestly, it feels like they’re not keeping up with user needs. I’m looking for a better alternative now.

I really wanted to like this platform, but my experience has been frustrating. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I often find myself lost in menus trying to figure out how to do basic tasks. Customer support? Don't even get me started—responses are slow and unhelpful. It feels like I'm talking to a robot instead of a real person. I also encountered numerous bugs that made it impossible to use sometimes. The integration options are limited, which is a big letdown. I expected better for the price I’m paying. Overall, it’s been a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth experience.

I’ve been using Trengo for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a letdown. The interface is confusing and not as user-friendly as I expected. Sometimes, messages get lost, which is super frustrating when you’re trying to keep up with customers. I also found the customer support to be slow and not very helpful when I had issues. The integrations are okay, but they could definitely use some improvement. I really wanted to love this tool, but it just hasn’t lived up to the hype for me. I hope they can make some updates soon. For now, I’m giving it 2 stars. Not quite what I hoped for!
