1 month agoI’ve been using this platform for a little while now, and I’d say it’s pretty decent. The layout is user-friendly, which makes navigation a breeze. However, I’ve run into a few glitches here and there that can be frustrating. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re super helpful, other times it feels like I’m waiting forever for a response. I appreciate the features they offer, but I think there’s room for improvement in performance. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not blowing my mind. I’d recommend it with some caveats! Just don’t expect perfection.

1 month agoGotoclient has some decent features that can be helpful for managing projects. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus. However, I've run into a few bugs that can be annoying at times. The customer support is okay, but I wish they were quicker to respond. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s worth a try, just don’t expect perfection.

I appreciate the variety of services they offer, but I feel like some could use a bit more depth. Customer support is decent, though I’ve had to wait longer than I'd like for responses. The pricing is reasonable, but I wish there were more flexible options. Sometimes, it feels like they could improve on the overall speed of the site. Overall, it’s a solid choice, but I think they have room to grow. I’ll keep using it, but I’m hoping for some updates in the future!

1 month agoI really wanted to like GoToClient, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it hard to navigate. I’ve run into so many glitches that I spent more time troubleshooting than actually getting work done. Customer support? Don’t even get me started; it takes forever to get a response. I expected better features for the price I’m paying, but it just falls short. It’s like they don’t care about user experience at all. I’m seriously considering switching to a different platform. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. Wish I could give it zero stars!

1 month agoI really wanted to like GoToClient, but it just hasn’t met my expectations. The interface feels a bit clunky and not very intuitive. I found myself getting frustrated navigating through some of the features. The customer support response time was slower than I hoped, which added to my disappointment. Also, I noticed a few bugs that made the experience less smooth. While it has potential, it needs some serious improvements. I wish I could recommend it, but right now, it's just okay. I’ll be looking for alternatives that work better for me. Here’s hoping they step it up!

I appreciate the range of skills available, though I sometimes wish there were more options in certain categories. Customer support has been helpful when I've had questions. Overall, a great experience that I’d recommend!
