1 month agoI recently tried Hover Air and honestly, I was a bit let down. The concept is cool, but the execution needs work. The booking process was a hassle, and I faced some technical glitches while trying to navigate the site. The customer service? Not the best — I felt like I was talking to a robot. The ride itself was decent, but I expected more for the price. Also, the wait times were longer than advertised. I really wanted to love this service, but it just didn't deliver. Here's hoping they can improve things in the future! Overall, it was an okay experience, but not one I'd rush to repeat.

However, I found the customer service a bit lacking when I had questions. The delivery took longer than expected, and I was left waiting for updates. On the bright side, the product itself works well once it finally arrived. I appreciate the innovation, but there’s room for improvement in communication. Overall, I think they have potential but need to tighten up a few areas. I’m hopeful they’ll get better! Would give them another shot in the future.
