1 month agoI recently ordered a drone from DJI, and I have to say, I’m really disappointed. The shipping took forever, and when it finally arrived, it was missing parts! Customer service is a nightmare—every time I tried to reach out, I was stuck on hold for ages. The website was confusing, and I had a hard time finding the info I needed. I expected so much more from such a well-known brand. It’s frustrating when you’re excited to fly, but everything just falls apart. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I won't be recommending DJI to anyone anytime soon!

1 month agoI've been a fan of DJI for a while, but I have to say, my experience has been a bit mixed. The drones are super cool and take amazing photos, but I've had some issues with connectivity that can be really frustrating. Customer service is hit or miss – sometimes they're helpful, other times I feel like I'm talking to a robot. The app is great when it works, but it can be buggy. Overall, I love the tech, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. I really hope they step it up because I'm rooting for them! Just wish I had a smoother experience. Keep it up, DJI!

1 month agoDJI has some really cool drones and gadgets, but it feels like they could do better with customer support. The website is pretty easy to navigate, but I often find myself frustrated with the updates and software issues. The products are amazing when they work, but I’ve had my share of hiccups. Shipping was decent, but I expected a bit more from a brand this big. Overall, I love the tech but wish the experience was smoother!

1 month agoDJI的产品真的是挺不错的,但有些地方还是让我有点失望。首先,价格偏高,让人觉得不太容易入手。使用体验上,虽然拍摄效果很好,但偶尔会出现连接不稳定的问题。客服的响应速度也有待提高,有时候等得挺久的。整体来说,产品质量还是有保障的,但希望在服务和价格上能有更好的改进。总的来说,我觉得它值得一试,但也有提升空间。希望未来能看到更多的优化。
