1 month agoBayer has some great products, no doubt about it. The website is pretty straightforward, but it could use a bit of a refresh. I've found what I needed most of the time, but sometimes the navigation feels a bit clunky. Customer service is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like for responses. The information on health and wellness is solid, though! Overall, it’s a mixed bag for me—good products, but the online experience could be smoother. I’ll keep using it, but there’s definitely room for improvement!
