1 month agoI recently used this site to book tickets for an event, and honestly, my experience was pretty disappointing. The selection of events is decent, but the navigation is a bit clunky. I found myself getting lost trying to filter through options. Plus, the ticket purchasing process was a hassle; it felt way too complicated for something so simple. I also encountered a few technical glitches that left me frustrated. Customer service was not very helpful either when I reached out. I expected more from a platform that’s so popular. I really hope they can improve the user experience because it has potential. For now, I can only give it two stars.

1 month agoEventbrite is pretty decent for finding events, but it has its ups and downs. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but sometimes it feels a bit cluttered. I love the variety of events available, but I’ve had a few issues with ticketing and notifications not coming through on time. Customer service could be better; I had to wait longer than expected for a response. It's great for local events and unique experiences, though. Overall, it’s a solid platform but has room for improvement. I use it often, but I wish it was a bit more reliable. I’d recommend it, just with some caution. Not bad, but not perfect either!

However, I've encountered a few issues with ticketing and customer service that were a bit frustrating. Sometimes, the event info isn't as clear as I'd like, which can lead to confusion. Also, I wish there were more filtering options for events. Overall, it's a decent platform, but it could use some improvements. If they can sort out these hiccups, it would definitely earn a higher rating from me. For now, it's just okay!

Customer service is hit or miss; sometimes they respond quickly, but other times it feels like I'm waiting forever. Plus, some events have hidden fees that pop up at checkout, which is just annoying. I appreciate the variety of events available, but the overall experience could definitely use some improvement. I really hope they make some changes soon, because it has potential! For now, it’s just okay.
