Decent selection of Nordic products, but shipping took longer than expected.

I’ve been using Nordic Expat Shop for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, they have a great selection of Nordic products that can be hard to find elsewhere, which is a huge plus. The website is pretty easy to navigate, so that’s a bonus too. However, I’ve had a couple of issues with shipping times that were longer than I expected. Customer service was okay, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. Also, some items arrived not quite as fresh as I hoped. Overall, it’s a decent shop, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ll keep using it, but I’m hoping for a better experience next time!

I've had a mixed bag of experiences with Nordic Expat Shop. The selection is decent, and I appreciate the unique Nordic products they offer. However, I’ve encountered a few hiccups with shipping times and customer service responses. The site is user-friendly, which is a plus! Overall, it’s okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.
