1 month agoI've been using Zendesk for a while, and honestly, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. The interface is pretty clunky, which makes navigating through tickets more frustrating than it should be. Sometimes, the response times from support are slow, leaving me hanging when I need help. I appreciate some features, but they feel scattered and not as intuitive as I hoped. Customization options are decent, but it takes way too long to set everything up just right. On the plus side, the integration with other tools is nice when it works. Overall, it gets the job done, but I expected a smoother experience for the price. Just okay, really.
