1 month agoI recently used TOK Communications and had a pretty mixed experience. The customer service was decent, but I felt like they could have been more responsive. The installation process took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. I appreciate the variety of plans they offer, but I found some of the pricing a bit confusing. The internet speed is good when it works, but I had a few hiccups here and there. Overall, I think there's potential, but they definitely have some room for improvement. It’s not the worst option out there, just not the best either. I might consider giving them another shot in the future. Hope they step it up!

1 month agoI had high hopes for TOK Communications, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. Customer service felt a bit lacking, and I didn’t get the support I needed. The website is decent, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, it’s just okay, but I expected more.

1 month agoI've been using TOK Communications for a while now, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The customer service can be hit or miss—sometimes they're super helpful, but other times it feels like I'm talking to a brick wall. The coverage isn't as great as I expected, and I've had more dropped calls than I'd like to admit. The rates seemed reasonable at first, but hidden fees popped up that I wasn't aware of. The app is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly either. Overall, I had higher hopes for them, but I think I might start looking elsewhere. Just not what I expected.
