I've been using ContentSquare for a while now, and honestly, it's a mixed bag for me. The interface is pretty user-friendly, which is a plus, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the data it throws at you. The insights are valuable, but they can be a bit hard to interpret without some extra guidance. I appreciate the heatmaps and session replay features, but they don't always seem to capture the full picture of user behavior. Customer support has been hit or miss; sometimes they're super helpful, and other times, I feel like I'm left hanging. Overall, it's decent but not life-changing. I think with a few tweaks and better support, it could really shine. For now, it’s just okay.

I expected insightful analytics, but instead, I got a jumble of confusing data that didn’t help at all. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—it's like they’re on permanent vacation. Every time I reach out for help, I’m left hanging for days. Plus, the pricing is way too high for what you actually get. I honestly regret investing my time and money into this. It’s just not worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

I really wanted to love Contentsquare, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. The interface feels a bit clunky, and I found it hard to navigate through the features. Support was slow to respond when I had questions, which was frustrating. I expected more insights to be easily accessible, but it felt overwhelming instead.
