1 month agoPushwoosh has been a huge disappointment for me. The user interface is confusing and not intuitive at all. I've faced multiple issues with notifications not being delivered. Customer support is slow and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. It feels like the features promised are not fully functional. The overall experience has been far from what I expected. I regret choosing Pushwoosh for my needs.

The setup was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated, but sometimes the platform feels a bit clunky. I’ve had a few issues with delivery times, and it can be frustrating when messages don’t go out as expected. The analytics are decent, but I wish they offered more in-depth insights. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they're super helpful, other times it feels like I'm talking to a robot. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but I was hoping for a bit more.

1 month agoI've been using Pushwoosh for a while now, and it's been a mixed bag for me. The interface is pretty straightforward, which I appreciate, but sometimes it feels a bit clunky. I like the variety of features they offer, but I've experienced some bugs that were a bit frustrating. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit faster to respond. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement. If they can iron out some of the issues, it could be a real gem. For now, I’d say it's just okay—three stars it is!

While the push notifications are decent, I’ve had issues with delivery timing that really mess up my campaigns. Customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, but other times it feels like I'm talking to a wall. The analytics could use a serious upgrade too; it’s hard to get clear insights. Overall, I had higher hopes, but it just doesn’t quite deliver. Might look for alternatives next time.
