Sendbird has some solid features for chat and messaging, but it can be a bit tricky to set up and customize. The interface is decent, but it feels a bit outdated at times. Customer support is helpful, but response times could be better. Overall, it's a decent option, just not without its quirks!

I've been using Sendbird for a while, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The chat features are decent, but they often lag, which is frustrating when you're trying to keep up with conversations. The UI could really use an update; it feels clunky and outdated. Customer support has been hit or miss—sometimes they're helpful, but other times it feels like I'm just talking to a wall. Integration options are okay, but not as seamless as I’d hoped. Overall, it’s functional, but definitely needs improvement to keep up with competitors. I expected more for the price I’m paying.

I really wanted to like Sendbird, but it’s been a total letdown. The user interface is confusing and feels outdated, making it hard to navigate. I’ve experienced constant glitches that disrupt our chats, which is super frustrating. Customer support? Don’t even get me started! They take forever to respond and never seem to resolve my issues. The integration process was a nightmare, and I wasted so much time trying to make it work. Honestly, for the price, I expected way better. I’m seriously considering switching to a different platform. Save your time and look elsewhere!
