1 month agoDocuSign is pretty decent for getting documents signed quickly, and I appreciate the convenience of not having to print everything out. The interface is user-friendly most of the time, but I've run into some glitches that can be frustrating. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load than I'd like, which can be annoying when I'm in a hurry. I do like the variety of options for signing, though, and the mobile app is handy for on-the-go signing. Customer support is okay, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. Overall, it gets the job done, but it's not perfect. I think there are areas for improvement, especially with speed and reliability. I’d say it’s a solid tool, just not my favorite. Hoping for some updates that smooth out the kinks!

1 month agoDocuSign is a total letdown! I thought this would make signing documents easy, but it’s just a headache. The interface is confusing, and I wasted so much time trying to figure it out. Customer support? Forget about it! They take ages to respond, and when they do, it’s not even helpful. I had so many issues uploading my documents, and I nearly missed deadlines because of it. It’s frustrating how glitchy the app can be. I expected better for something that’s supposed to simplify my life. Honestly, I’d rather deal with paper documents than go through this again. Save your time and money!

Sometimes it feels like it takes forever to load, which is annoying when you’re on a deadline. The pricing could also be more transparent; hidden fees are a pet peeve of mine. I appreciate the concept, but execution needs some work. Overall, it’s just okay for me.

I’m still on the hunt for a better e-signature solution.
