1 month agoI was really excited to try out Max & Lily, but honestly, it was a letdown. The quality of the furniture is not what I expected; it feels cheap and flimsy. Customer service was a nightmare—no one seemed to care about my concerns. Shipping took forever, and when it finally arrived, there were missing parts. I had high hopes, but this experience has left me pretty disappointed. I won’t be coming back anytime soon!

1 month agoI was really excited to order from Max and Lily, but what a letdown! The quality of the furniture was not what I expected, and it didn’t match the hype. The assembly instructions were a mess, making it super frustrating to put everything together. Shipping took way longer than promised, and I felt totally ignored by customer service when I reached out. My kids were disappointed too, and that’s the worst part! I thought I was getting a great deal, but it turned out to be a hassle. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be shopping here again!

1 month agoMax & Lily has some cute and functional kids' furniture, but my experience was a bit mixed. The quality is decent, but I expected a bit more for the price. Customer service could use some improvement too, as I had to wait longer than anticipated for my order. Overall, it’s a solid option, just not the best out there.
